The Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 GX combines a powerful pure sine wave inverter, an advanced adaptive battery charger, an ultra-fast AC transfer switch, and a comprehensive GX control unit in a single, pre-wired enclosure. This all-in-one design streamlines installation and provides complete ecosystem management for grid-parallel, off-grid, and commercial energy storage applications.

  • Integrated GX Device: Includes a 2x16 character backlit display and multiple communication interfaces (BMS-Can, USB, Ethernet, VE.Direct, and Wi-Fi) for managing compatible CAN-bus lithium batteries, solar MPPT charge controllers, and grid meters directly.
  • PowerControl and PowerAssist: Prevents overload of limited AC sources (such as a generator or shore power). PowerControl automatically reduces battery charging when a load spike occurs. PowerAssist goes a step further, using battery power to supplement the grid or generator during peak demands.
  • Dual AC Outputs: The main AC output provides a zero-break UPS function, transferring to battery power in less than 20 milliseconds during grid failure. The secondary AC output only activates when an external AC source is present, preventing heavy loads (like water heaters) from draining the battery bank.
  • ESS (Energy Storage Systems) Ready: Optimized for self-consumption control. It works seamlessly with external AC current sensors or energy meters to minimize grid feed-in and maximize solar utilization.
  • Parallel and Three-Phase Operation: Scalable up to 6 units in parallel configuration for higher power output, or configurable for three-phase operation. (Note: Only one GX device is required per multi-unit system).
