1. Where are you based?
a. We don’t have physical stores. We are online only. We have agreements with partner warehouses in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth. We deliver nationwide via our couriers.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
a. 2 to 4 working days to major centres, 3 to 7 days outlying areas from receipt of payment. This is a guideline only and NOT a guaranteed delivery time.
3. What does delivery cost?
a. Deliveries for inverters and batteries are, in general free. Delivery fees for panels and accessories are calculated during the check out process.
4. Can I collect my order?
a. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer collection options. Our warehousing is contracted out to third parties without this facility in place. In some cases, we MAY be able to arrange an appointment to collect your order, but only after the online transaction has been concluded.
5. How do I buy?
a. You can place an order online using our online ordering system or you can request a quote using the “Request a Quote” button on the product page you are interested in. You can also just send an email to support@solarshop.co.za requesting a quote or more information on whatever it is you are interested in.

6. Do you have stock?
a. The stock availability and quantity for every product we sell is as per the website. The stock numbers are accurate and up to date. If an item is indicated as "Out of Stock" then it IS out of stock.
If there is no date shown as to when new stock will be available, it is because we don't yet have a new date from the suppliers, so we cannot advise further.
There is an area on the product page, where a client can add their email address, and they will then automatically be informed when the stock arrives.
7. Do you offer reseller pricing or discounts to the trade?
a. Unfortunately, not. We are retailers, not wholesalers, and therefore we don’t have reseller pricing.
