    Question

    Good day, We installed a Sunsynk solar system, panels, Inverter and battery nearly a year ago. The installer also installed a Sunsynk wifi logger and application to monitor and keep record. My problem is that they captured R9 999 999 as the investment amount and all data is now not a true reflection as the cost were R205 000. How can this be rectified and the data for the past months kept?

    Hi Pieter. Just have the installer go into his master app and change it from the plant list.

    Good Day,

    Trust you are well. I have 2x questions:

    1. When will this dongle be on sale again?

    2. Our sunsynk inverter is connected to our WiFi extender but if I want to monitor and make changes via the app on my phone will I need to be on the same WiFi extender or any WiFi will work as it's all app based?

    1. No plans for it to be on sale
    2. The dongle connects to the Internet via the household wifi and from there can be accessed from anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection available.

    How does the functionality of the Sunsynk App and SolarMAN compare ?

    HI Ed, in short, the Sunsynk app allows monitoring and remote changes to your set-up whereas the Solarman app only allows monitoring.
