Hubble Lithium's AM5 model is a low voltage (51V), 5.12kWh battery made up of superior prismatic lithium-ion cells. These battery cells have more energy density and a longer cycle life compared to standard lithium cells

Compatible with Axpert (Mecer, RCT, Kodak, etc) Solis, Sunsynk, Deye and Victron inverters.

Note: The AM-5 model is NOT compatible with the AM-2 model as such they should never be connected together.

Good day, Looking to increase storage capacity to 20kW currently have 10kW (2x 5.5kW Hubble batteries). Is there no possible way of adding this instead of an additional 2x 5.5kW Hubble.

Answer

Hi Tshifhango, no, the cells in these batteries are different and are not compatible with the Hubble AM-2 cells.
