questions Jaco on 15/10/2019

Can more than 1 unit be connected to the same phase in future?

Hi Jaco, yes you can connect more than one unit on the same phase.

questions Jean-Philippe Ghyoot on 09/05/2019

Where in the installation should the CT clamp be installed? Am I correct in saying above the point at which the Solis Inverter intercepts the mains?

Hi Jean-Philippe. The current clamp goes on the main incoming municipal feed.

questions Phillip Holtz on 06/05/2019

Hi, what is the optimal solar panel config for this unit? I was thinking 6 x 400w Canadian Solar panels, mounted on the new adjustable frames you sell? I am in Pretoria.

Hi Phillip, 6 x 400W panels will be perfect for this inverter.

questions Paul Hughes on 01/05/2019

Do you do installations - I have 8 x 300W panels, and have given up on the Chinese Inverters. Looking for an MPPT grid-tie unit like this which can be installed easily and invert directly into the existing circuit of the house. Must have islanding functionality

Hi Paul
We don't install - let us know where you are and perhaps we can put you in touch with an installer in your area. if you're looking for an inverter like this, then look no further - you've found it.

questions Nicki on 13/11/2018

Is the current transformer clamp required when using this inverter?

Hi Nicki.
The current transformer clamp is used to prevent back feeding the grid. If you are legally able to reverse power through your meter then it is not required.
