Questions

questions maasvingo on 22/01/2020
Question:

Does this inverter blend power sources like the axpert MKSII? want to purchase for home use - TV, fridge freezer and lights only but would rather go for one that will blend power from utility and panels.

Answer:

Hi Maasvingo. Yes, it is the same inverter - just branded differently.

questions Lourens on 10/11/2019
Question:

Hi Does this inverter includes the parallel kit like the Meccer MKSII? Regards

Answer:

Hi Lourens, yes it does.

questions George Becker on 02/11/2019
Question:

How does Kodak MKSII compare to Mecer SOL-I-AX 5KP KING?

Answer:

Hi George. There are many differences, but the major ones are:
1) The King has a faster transfer time when the power fails. This is good for professional computer servers etc. but not necessary for household computers and appliances.
2) It will also talk directly to Pylontech batteries which the MKSII will not - you will need to add an ICC control module to achieve this in the MKSII's case.
3) The MKSII has a much larger MPPT voltage which makes installing the solar panels a lot simpler.

questions Richard on 01/10/2019
Question:

Hi, I buy a lot of your solar panels and like your service want to buy 2 or 3 pylon batteries what inverter can I buy that is not too expensive from you to run these batteries but that will do a good job.

Answer:

Hi Richard, this inverter needs the Inverter Control Centre to run the batteries 100% accurately. The KODAK VMII however can run the batteries with CAN bus control without the need for an external control unit. You can find the inverter here:
